This is a fit for you if:
- you have sourced everything
- you have less than 5-6 vendors
- you create your own timeline that we review together
- you create your own floorplan that we review together
- you confirm with all of your vendors and pull everything together
- you really just need someone there on the day of to direct and coordinate

- up to 2 planning meetings
- monthly virtual office hours

- day-of coordination (1 person, 10 hours)
45-day Planning Package – $2,500
This is a fit for you if:
- you have sourced everything
- you want someone to pull everything together and make sure it runs smoothly
- you have less than 5-6 vendors
- coordination time is less than ~10 hours

- creation timeline + floorplan
- final confirmations with all vendors
- up to 6 planning meetings
- monthly virtual office hours
- monthly in-person East Bay happy hours
- unlimited email access immediately upon booking
- rehearsal

90-day Planning Package – $4,000**
This is a fit for you if:
- you have sourced everything
- you want someone to pull everything together and make sure it runs smoothly
- you have more than 5-6 vendors
- coordination time is more than ~10 hours

Partial-Service Planning Package – $6,500**
This is a fit for you if:
- you have sourced most key vendors, but not all
- you are feeling overwhelmed, don’t have time, etc.
- you want help pulling everything together and sourcing final ~2-4 vendors

- monthly virtual office hours

- up to 20 planning meetings

Full-Service Planning Package – $12,000**
This is a fit for you if:
- you want help with everything! start to finish!
- you want to source all of your own vendors / not preferred list
- you know you want to get married in the Bay Area / CA
- you really really love imperfect events and are willing to pay travel fees 🙂
