“My husband and I’s first wedding was actually our own, so right off the bat both of us frankly had no idea what we were doing. Thankfully we had Sydney, who is an absolute badass at event planning. Since we had no idea how weddings worked, she took the time to walk us through everything, including timelines, what we needed to bring, where we needed to go, and even answered the silliest questions like how do we kiss each other at the altar.
As brides, most of us are doing a lot of planning ourselves and we unfortunately bear most of the stress during the process of planning and getting married. Sydney took away all the stress I had and made sure I enjoyed the day I worked so hard planning. I can honestly say that our wedding day was perfect. There wasn’t a single bad thing that happened, or at least if there was, she made sure I didn’t know about it!
If you’re like me, one of my biggest stressors was my own family. Let me ease your mind by telling you how good she is at keeping people in check. Trust me. She is very, very good at it. She can handle anyone you throw at her; like your dad’s VERY type-A best friend who is also your officiant, or your wacky, overwhelming, and pushy uncle who happens to be your photographer. That morning, she told me she had my back and wow did she prove it. Not only is she incredibly good at being the bad guy for you, but on the day, she makes sure you get put first before anyone.
I will be recommending Sydney until my voice gives out. You won’t find anyone better because she has set the bar so high. I am so thankful for her and will be forever grateful that she was there while my husband and I experienced our first wedding together.”

“Sydney was really an amazing coordinator, we lucked out that she was assigned to us on our big day. Throughout the months leading up to our celebration she was in constant communication with me which was really important as I had some special circumstances that made everything unpredictable.
She never made us feel worried or stressed about the uncertainty and she was accommodating and kind throughout. Closer to the day-of she was easy to get a hold of and made everything run so smoothly. I didn’t worry about a single thing on the day of and if there were any hiccups I didn’t know about them. She is calm and collected, professional and really experienced and pulling together all the details needed for a wedding day.
One specific example is I had written out a timeline for our music for walking down the aisle down to the second because i didn’t know who or how well the timing would be coordinating it all and I wanted to make it as easy as possible, but Sidney didn’t need it, she knew exactly how to time it and knew exactly how long it would take for everyone to walk down. She never made us feel rushed or pressured us to make the day go exactly as planned, just just went with the flow and as a result we did too. I really appreciated her and I know she’ll only get better with time!”
